Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through https://shop.undefeatedking.com.

Undefeated King is operated by Hilltop Hope Media LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

Because our merchandise is custom produced through print-on-demand fulfillment partners, all items are made specifically for you at the time of purchase. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of Print-On-Demand Products

All products sold through our store are made-to-order through third-party fulfillment providers, including Printful and Printify. As such:

  • Items are not pre-manufactured
  • Items are not stocked in bulk
  • Production begins shortly after purchase
  • Each item is custom printed specifically for your order

For this reason, we do not offer traditional retail-style returns.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Incorrect color selected by customer
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Delayed shipping caused by carrier
  • Slight design placement variations
  • Slight color variations due to screen differences
  • Minor print variance within industry tolerance

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts, product descriptions, material information, and shipping time estimates before completing purchase.

3. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

We will replace or refund items that are damaged upon arrival, misprinted, manufacturing defective, or incorrect item shipped.

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Email support@undefeatedking.com and include:

  • Full name used on order
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photo of packaging (if damaged in transit)
  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide photos may delay or void the claim. If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Incorrect Address Entered by Customer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, the package is returned due to incorrect address, or the customer fails to claim the package, we may offer reshipment at the customer's expense.

Refunds will not be issued for orders lost due to incorrect address entry.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is not received, we are not responsible for stolen packages. Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, we may issue a replacement at our discretion.

6. Order Cancellations

Because products enter production quickly, orders may only be canceled within a very short window after purchase. If you need to request cancellation, email support@undefeatedking.com immediately.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or credit card provider. It may take 5-10 business days for funds to appear.

If you have not received your refund, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and contact your bank. If the issue persists, email support@undefeatedking.com.

8. Sale Items

Items marked as discounted, promotional, or final sale are non-refundable unless defective.

9. Digital Products

Digital downloads, gift cards, and other non-physical items are non-refundable once delivered.

10. International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, VAT taxes, and delays caused by customs processing. We are not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges imposed by destination countries.

11. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, contest chargebacks with documented proof of delivery, and provide order verification to payment processors.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in being banned from future purchases.

12. Print Variations & Expectations

Because products are custom printed, colors may appear slightly different from screen to print, placement may vary slightly between items, and fabric texture may impact print appearance. Minor variance within industry standards is not considered a defect. These are normal characteristics of print-on-demand manufacturing.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hilltop Hope Media LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, shipping delays, carrier errors, lost packages after confirmed delivery, customer input errors, or incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
